Comprised of
some of the most talented musicians in the Washington D.C. area,
BackStage is the newest force in entertainment from the Nation's
Capital. In addition to performing at The White House, State Dinners
and many other high profile engagements, it's members have shared
the stage with music greats from James Brown to Frank Sinatra and
Alabama to Sonny Rollins. At ease in any genre, BackStage is a young,
10-piece high-energy band well suited for any occasion.
Spotlighting one female and two male vocalists, BackStage is driven
by a powerful rhythm section consisting of guitar, bass, drums,
and keyboards. To lend authenticity to any style of music beginning
with the big band era through today's contemporary hits, BackStage
offers a powerful 3-piece horn section comprised of trumpet, saxophone
and trombone.
Along with classic hits BackStage features medleys, covering the
50's, 60's Motown, 70's disco, 80's pop and 90's dance music, that
are guaranteed to keep the dance floor hopping all night.
